I dont know if this means anything, but I just tried to log onto my web MSN messenger and it's down too. So maybe that theory about the merging is the reason for them being down, I dont know, but it's not cool that they didnt warn us ahead of time before they did it.

Hard to say i still can`t get on mine been two weeks it sits smiles and bonces,and then tells me another system took over,what the heck,i quit,have a good one,all

yes, none of my freinds, nor I could log on all day. It's been working all week. I can still get to my mail account fine, though, and so can my friends. We're emailing instead of chatting.

they shut it down. didnt you get those messages saying to forward them on or else messenger will be shut down?
