call him up and tell him to meet you at ur house and weara really cute outfit ur bf would die for and invite another guy (thats hot) that ur bf doesnt know and make sure the guy gets there before ur bf.
be on the couch with him oh and leave the door abit open and start making out with the guy and when ur bf arrives he'll come in and see u making out in the living room or a romm closest to the door, and get up and slap ur bf and say ur through so that u get pay back

It's apparent that he's lost respect for you and your relationship. Don't have sex with him again. You never know where she's been. AIDS is real. You deserve better than someone that lies and cheats on you. Don't let him or this ruin your self-esteem. He's the one in the wrong and don't let him blame his infidelity and lying on you. Chin up. There are good men that won't treat you this way, move on.

the best advice to give u is break it off with him, i know it may be hard (believe me i know) but u have to do it. if any guy cheats on u that means he doesnt respect u or love u as much as he says. be strong, pain heals with time.

Break up with him.
If he does it once, he'll very likely do it again.
There's not much middle ground here. If you let him stay with you he'll believe he has license to cheat.
