Before asking this question you should have asked yourself what 'justice' means. Sooner or later you would have realized that part of the meaning of justice is equality - getting your fair and deserved share.
If it comes, and you don't get your fair and deserved share, it isn't justice.
So, to answer your question...

I think this depends on the person. If you are a sex God warrior, you should be o.k. If you are reincarnated as a rat, then you may want to reexamine your life. Isn't this worth three points. Where is Wilt Chamberlain now?

Yes. If you mean Judgement day. If you have been a good person. Then you will be allowed to enter Heaven. I hear that Jesus himself, will determine your faith. He will have a long sword, and if he puts it on your right shoulder, you go to heaven, the left shoulder, you take the highway 69 to Hell. Good Luck, see you in heaven...

Here is my servant...I have put my spirit upon him; he will bring forth justice to the nations....I have given you as a covenant to the people, a light to the nations, to open the eyes that are blind, to bring out the prisoners from the dungeon.
Isaiah 42:1, 6-7
Let mutual love continue....Remember those who are in prison, as though you were in prison with them; those who are being tortured, as though you yourselves were being tortured. (Hebrews 13:1,3)
Luk 7:44 And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon, Seest thou this woman? I entered into thine house, thou gavest me no water for my feet: but she hath washed my feet with tears, and wiped [them] with the hairs of her head.
It is as follows in this example that the lord administer his justice.
Luk 7:45 Thou gavest me no kiss: but this woman since the time I came in hath not ceased to kiss my feet.
Luk 7:46 My head with oil thou didst not anoint: but this woman hath anointed my feet with ointment.
Luk 7:47 Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, [the same] loveth little.
Luk 7:48 And he said unto her, Thy sins are forgiven.
So the key is to truly Love your neighbor in truth and justice. Not hate and be angry or envy or even lust but to love them as you would your self. So would you want to kill your self? Heavens No. So why kill your neighbor. This doe not include War. God has something to say about that as well.
