I have everything, is this a job that i can do in my garage as being the average backyard mechanic?New rings,piston,bearings and bottom and top gaskets complete rebuild.

A top end rebuild, yes. A re-sleeve, not so much. Thats something that has to be sent out to a machinist who has experience with doing that. Most motorcycle shops know of a guy. Usually the one that they use. You could try asking them who they use. Most shops will give up that info.
Since you've never done the top end before I'd suggest buying the service manual. It obviously goes together the same way it came apart, but the manual with be a huge aide for first timers.

top end job you can do at home, re-sleeve requires precision machining to exact tolerance I taught this for three and half years.
