Ask yourself a question... if you were hit by the car would you want her to be there for you? Would it hurt you if she decided you weren't important enough to see again because "shez not normal". The best gift we have to give is being there for another person who really needs us. I guarantee you will make her day.

You are NOT her friend. Your a selfish immature person that cant deal with the fact that your friend has been through a traumatic experience and needs her friends more then ever right now. Imagine if it was you that got hurt, how would u feel if she abandoned you??
God may love you but no one else will with ethics and morales like yours. Get a grip

You should be her friend. It's not her fault that she got hit by a car and isn't the same. Besides she probably needs all the friends she can get to support her and help her to get strong. If you were truly a friend you would know that. Wouldn't you want your friends there if it was you?

you are a selfish *****. you never really was her friend then in the first place and you don't deserve to have any friends what so ever because you will probably bale on them also. You are so self centered. what would you feel like if it happened to you.witch hopefully some day it so you will know how it feels.

Why would you not want to be her friend? You said she was your best friend! You should be there for her. I think it is said when a tragedy happens and your "friends" go away. When my neighbor was diagnosed with cancer all of her friends left her but me. A true friend would never leave anyone no matter what happens.

No body can make you be her friend. However, as you mature and look back on your life, how are you going to feel about deserting your best friend. If you don't want to be her friend, you won't be doing her any favors by pretending and will grow to resent her.

To call her your "best friend" is kind of weird because friends are forever, and you don't abandon them because they are injured and/or otherwise disabled. This is a time she needs you the most!! Rethink what you said and be a real friend to her.
Chow!!

If she was your friend to begin with then you are not nice.
Obviously you were not her friend to begin with.
I hope i never come in contact with a person like you who says they are my friend and when they need you the most you run and hide. good luck
