No I disagree with you. Yoga is very good for people in recovery from surgery. It is also good for pregnant women. It is good for seniors that can't move quickly or jump around (jumping jacks). People that are over weight find it useful to start a weight lose program. It is a good way for people to wake up in the morning with out jarring themselves awake with a lot of hurried and fast movements.

Don't knock it til ya try it. Not a yoga person myself, but why are you being so negative? Maybe you should look into some yoga.

its not just an excersize...its an art or atleast it used to be... but its used by a lot of seniors and patients with physical disabilities...so its not dumb...and its the "thing" these days...just because u didn't jump on the wagon like others...i didn't either..lol...don't say its dumb

Yoga makes you more flexible, so if for some reason you get stuck in a box for three days..you won't try and kill yourself
