who is better brazil or Argentina...why??

Both are exciting to watch when they are playing to their potential. They are both passionate and stylish. Don't know what went wrong with Brazil this WC, but I think Argentina were playing well and I would like to have seen their further performances had they have gotten through the last match.

Argentina. I don't like Brazil. Argentina have skilledful players and they are more serious than Brazil's players. Brazil has won too many cups that now the players tend to think that they are the best. They are too self- confident and so boastful.
Argentina is more soft and calm. They are not like the Brazilians.
I prefer Argentina more cause they have excellent players who are doing their best to win. They try really hard and they play well in the WC, except for the match against Germany where they had beat Cambiasso but they are nice players and very powerful, like Lionel Messi, Carlos Tevez, Hernen Crespo, Juan Carlos Riquelme, Ayala, Cambiasso, Rodriguez and so many and they are supported and encouraged by their modal diego Maradona. They can also take Batistuta for modal.

Argentina! Brazil may have won five times, but not with their current team. Argentina played waaaaaaaay better than Brazil in this World Cup, and considering the young players that will probably return for 2010, they will do so again in four years.

Argentina always had way more skilled players than Brazil, quantity wise. Brazil, after 1958, are way more self confident than Argentina. That is why they won the cups in 1994 and 2002 with mediocre teams. . The last great Brazilian team was 1990 and their last great player was Romario. What is better? Self confidence. Argentinian players are chokers, losing with better teams, like they did this year against Germany. I am Argentinian and I wish Argentinian players had the guts to win, like the Brazilian players.

i would say argentina....not because theyre my favorite team...but for legitimate reasons!
~ argentina has a better blend of younger players and older experienced players (who are not THAT old). brasil has more experienced players but they are also older and some of them are retiring or past their prime. so far, we dont know what new faces will show up on brasil's team...but argentina knows that messi and tevez will only get better with time
~ argentina plays better as a team. they make great passes and set up great plays giving alot of the players the opportunity to score...but more importantly, they would rather score while working as a team rather than having one person who wants all the glory. with that being said, brasil has some hot-shots to like to try and score on their own rather than using the support of the team. that means less chance of actually making the goal!
there are plenty more reasons but my hand is getting tired from typing and i think the two above are pretty important!

Brasil. Not just because I was born there but they play fair, and even when they lose they are still happy. They realize that soccer is just a game and they play it as it is. Any player on the brasilian soccer team was brought up loving the game for what it is. They don't cheat, or hurt other players.
Not to mention Ronaldo, 15 goals ( world cup record ) , Cafu, played in 20 games. ( WC record ) and many more records.
And Brasil had the BEST player ever to have played the sport, PELE. The list goes on and on of records this team has.

of course Brazil. Brazil is the ultimate soccer kingdom. With its 5 time World Cup championships and star players. Brazil is still the best even though they got their asses kicked by Zidane in the Quarter Final.

Brasil all the way, they just bring more energy and fun to the game it's fun to watch them play and plus they won more time than argentina.
