Yes, the problem is that my husband needed very badly to have a day off, but he couldn't walk away from his computer while customers IMed him - so the gods broke it so he could go take a nap in peace.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. You will all be happy to know, my husband is resting quietly and if all goes well everything will be back later this evening. 8 or 9 PT is my guess.

PS - it is also really hot out here today and we are not too far from Yahoo. My guess is their servers overloaded in the unusual heat. Once it cools down tonight, I think they will be able to do something.
