Because you're putting fluids in your body that cleanse and help your body function. All the excess water and wastes exit out of your body.

When u drink water, it gets circulated all round ur body and it gets absorbed. The excess goes to ur kidneys which then purifies it and the excess water goes to the bladder and makes u feel like peeing. But peeing doesn't mean that u have drunk lots of water, it actually means that ur body has just started getting water.

You got to be kidding. What comes in, must come out. In a very hot environment where you sweat a lot, you may not pee so much. Also you can accumulate water in your body for a while. Too much salt can increase water retention.

What do you think would happen if you didn't pee? You'd just keep putting water in yourself and it would never come out so you'd get all bloated and eventually explode.

it is natural system-when yu take water-there is lot system to absorb it in digestion and other reqiurment--lfet out water os pee-
