i can`t open my yahoo messenger !
can you help me ?

As you might well have been informed by now, some Yahoo! services are down. This seems to effect all systems that are not used through a browser - ie Yahoo! Messenger.
Typical symptoms include incorrect password, despite it being typed in correct. This is probably because the server(s) hosting Yahoo! Messenger are being updated to incorporate MSN Messenger compatibility, which requires checking Microsoft servers for MSN contacts. This may make the problem worldwide.
Best thing to do is to wait and check back tomorrow, and not to rely on Yahoo! Messenger as a main form of communication.
Completely of topic, the same goes for relying on mobile phones (cellphones) on boats or in planes. They are not reliable due to signal, so best stick to ship to shore radios or VHF radios...

Its been out for awhile. Couldn't get into email nor messenger. But just tried email and its working again. But Messenger is still out.

The server is down! This is due to the fact that Yahoo! and MSN Messangers are merging to form one "super messanger"! Now you can talk to people on both MSN and Yahoo! ! Just remember the prize at the end!

Neither can I and it's a real bummer, beause I really needed to be in touch with people tonight-
Relative taken to hospital- -on respirator -
the land line is still conected fortunately (and not a wieless one)

As others have stated, the servers are down but will be up in due course. This is a worldwide problem....

yahoo is down! DOnt know for how long! It has been down for 3 hours now!
