I don't know what I would do...I have this horrific image of hobbling out of the building with my pants around my knees crying like little baby! Well, maybe not THAT, but still...

It Happened to Me! To make things worse, I use a wheelchair and have to transfer. When the fire alarm went off all other bodily activities ceased and I grabbed my Dockers and rolled like I've never rolled before. Now, however, I take my cell phone to the bathroom so I can call the front desk and find out the seriousness of the situation before I "jump" to conclusions.

That is a quite a thought provoking question. I'd recommend that you quickly wrap up your business and get to a safe place. Being in the bathroom during a fire might prove to save your life. You have access to lots of water and towels. Wet towels can be placed at the base of the door and will help keep the smoke from getting in. You really are lucky that this is one of your fears...I have some that I'd like to trade for this.

LMAO to tell you the truth that actually happened to me once..i was at work and one of the guys there thought that it would be real cute to pull a fast one on everybody..so they pulled the fire alarm...as luck would have it i was in the middle of a # 2...LOL OMG. I grabbed my drawers..practically falling out of the bathroom..where everyone saw me..and started laughing because they too were in on the whole thing..Talk about embarassment..LOL i'm sure it could've been alot worse though. I didn't even have time to wipe..and to make things worse..i had toilet paper stuck to my shoe..LOL what a day that was for me..they still have never let me live it down..LOL

Hehehe... Well, I'd take my chances. I'd totally finish my business, wipe and everything, then leave off washing my hands and get the heck out of there! Either way, if you're in that situation there IS a chance of you dying, so I would definitely rather die feeling relieved and hygienic than not. Wow.... I've never even had that fear. Of course I've thought about it, but that's still crazy, man!

Oh ye of little hair, don't worry your pretty head!
Smoke alarms go off at the indication of SMOKE, not fire. You can't exactly stop what you're doing right in the middle of things...so, finish your business, then walk out with everybody else.

This would only happen to a guy, cause as you all know; Chicks only go to the bathroom to pretty up our hair or make-up. We don't do all those gross things men do. God loves us more, and made us Sweet and Sweet-smelling!!!!

wow....i'd finish the dump...imagine running outside w/ur pants half way down...how would you ever live that one down...so take ur chances and die if u have to cause u need to get it out anyways
