Okay i have the chance to buy either a xbox or save for like ever and get a xbox 360. What do you think i should do. I really want Dance, Dance Revolution as one of my games, (yes i'm a ddr junkie). Tell me what you think.

Well it depends.
Xbox is pretty much obsolete now that its next-gen counterpart is already out. However, the games have pretty much have been out, and you can get them for cheap.
Xbox 360 is newer so the potential for excellent games is still there. You might also want it if you are a graphics whore.
It's all about what you feel will suit your needs best.

DDR isn't coming out for the 360 for a while, so get a regular Xbox. You can get all three DDR Ultramix games for under $100 total. The dance pads have the same price range as the PS2 pads: real cheap for pieces of junk to uber-expensive for nice metal ones. Many DDR pads now have connectors for both the PS2 and Xbox.

360 for sure!
I don't know about any DDR's for the 360, as i've never bought any before...
And there are some original xbox games you can play on the 360 as well
I've had my 360 since almost the week that it came out...and I've never even plugged the regular xbox back in since
....oh...and Halo 3 is gonna rock!

I say buy a xbox and wait until the price drops on the 360 and then buy it. or if you go on craigslist or ebay xboxes are very cheap and you can have it until you have enough money to buy a 360 and i dont think ddr is out for the 360, yet.

depends. there are a lot more games for the xbox. If you enjoy real games then you should get the 360. If not get an xbox. i still play on that now and iv'e got a 360. Any more info just ask.

It depends on which one of these qualities u would want in a system. First, if reliability is a big thing for you then go for the original Xbox. Or if you would rather go for game lineup, sound quality, or graphics (or all three) you rather go for the Xbox 360. But if is my opinion I would go for the 360.

buy the the xbox 360 cux after awhile the price for the games and the xbox will go down so u can get a better xbox like with a gold pack and wireless controllers and u can usually get free games with it

360 ddr can b played for both but if u get 360 u can by more games down load songs and retro games and game clips

360, trust me case i have xbox1,360 and if u get 360 u can play halo 3 and u shoulth know that 360 PLAYS XBOX1 GAMES SO U GET 2 FOR ONE ON 360!
