Does it bother any of you that so many thin people show off their bodies and so many fat people are self concious because of it? I say let the fat people show off their bodies too. They have nothing to be ashamed of. Everyone is beautiful, no matter the weight.

i disagree
fat is a sign that you have given up on looking good, it's also unhealthy and a sign of sloth ( one of the 7 deadly sins ), with the exception of chubby chasers, no man likes seeing a fat reason as they genrally are not active type and tv and food are there main joys in life, there is simply much more to life than those 2 things

It doesn't really bother me anyway, I guess. If someone wants to show off their body, let them. It's their choice. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. But there are those out there who really don't want to see a fat person, let's say, in a tube top and daisy dukes, or a skinny person (nothing but skin and bones) in the same thing. To each their own, as along as they are happy.

Well I think where I live (Honolulu) it's actually the opposite. I'm a size 0 or 1 and hate showing off my body while there are a ton of overweight girls wearing revealing clothing. So it's actually switched and kinda weird. I think the people that dress like that are just trying to help their self-esteem but in actuality the people they're showing off to, like guys, think its disgusting.

Beauty is skin DEEP!!!!!People that show off themselves in such ways are overzealous,besides there is no law stating chubby folks cant flaunt it and if they let what other people think than that is the least of their trouble,caus eremember do these people pay your bills are they there with u thick and thin NO they are only individuals in their own path of life,remember you are here for you not no one else....

That is a lovely philosophy. I have had a weight problem before and maybe I didn't wear a belly shirt but I felt no need to hide everything. Life is short, live it up. People who waste their time judging others are just doing it to ignore their true problems.

I agree with you... but unfortunately we people aren't used to see fat people showing off their bodies, it should be perfectly normal but we dont see it that way :(

Yes it does, I used to be really skinny and I was really self conscious. Now I have a tummy which I hate and i'm even more self conscious. However, I now have great cleavage (grew them myself) which tends to draw the eye away from my tummy. But I still hate it.
