I'd check out jkrowling.com.
It'd probably list one there IF she has one that she allows fans to contact her by. I'm pretty sure she does, because she accepts different questions that she makes polls out of, asking her fans to vote on which they'd like answered.
But I'd also keep in mind that there's a very slim chance she'd reply to your mail, even if you got her e-mail address. She's too busy to do that. ;-)
