Voldemort would win because he has magic on his side. Darth Vader has to rely on his light saber and the force. Voldemort could apparate right next to Darth Vader and kill him with the avada cadavra curse before Vader knew what was going on.

DARTH VADER. Vader would put the force choke on Voldemort and Voldemort couldn't do ****. In the Harry Potter Series you have to be able to talk to conjure spells and Voldemort couldn't do that with the force grip on his neck. Then Vader would slice him to small pieces.

this is how it would go down:
Voldemort : "Evada Ke-"*sputter* *choke* *die*
Darth Vader: "no one can resist the power of the Dark Side" *walk away*
Darth Vader would use Force Choke and prevent Voldemort from even casting one spell. and then, just for good measure, Vader would use his lightsaber and cut off Voldemort's head.

He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named obviously. He can just stand out of Vader's lightsaber range and zap him with Avada Kedavra. Plus, Darth's got only one soul... ;-)
