linux can host any webpage with the following extentions
php, htm, html and more
if your webpages has one of the above extentions then Yes Linux can host it
but if it has asp, aspx, vb, vbs extentions then I don't think it will work on Linux

Yes, ColdFusion itself doesn't care. So, I guess the question you are meaning to ask is can Linux host the ColdFusion middleware. The answer to that is yes also, but you will need the Linux version of it. Keep in mind too that the case-sensitivity will give you a few headaches at first.
