A penis cannot be both erect and flaccid at the same time.
Erect means being in a stiff, rigid physiological condition..
Flaccid means limp, lacking firmness, resilience, or muscle tone.
The average erect size is 5 to 6 inches.
The average flaccid size is 2 to 3 inches.

Flaccid 2-3 inches. Erect average is 6.25 inches.

flaccid, i have no idea...but ive read that hard, its about 5 to 6 inches...but i guess its better to ask a guy. haha.
