This is really easy.
1) change grams of CdCl2 to moles of CdCl2 by dividing 171g by the mass of 1 Cd + 2 Cl (found on the periodic table) The answer will be "moles" of CdCl2
2) molarity = moles / liters. So take the answer from #1 and divide it by the number of liters (259 mL = .259L)
