Call the police or if that will cause problems try to find somebody near that could come over and maybe help you out seeing someone else may scare him off

Do you feel safe enough to go out and tell him to stop?
Can you call your mom or dad, or aunt or uncle, or neighbor?
As a last resort call the police or fire department.
