Not thinking in abstracts, uno, outside the box....but I did witness a brief study done on this and most people see a homeless person and don't bother stop to 'hear' that they are offering not asking.

Being homeless is not a joke. I guess when you have a home, a family, food on your table, and stability you can laugh at all those who life screwed over because they made bad choices or just because. Just take a moment and think that you never know where you or one of yours can end up. As impossible as it may seem to you, it CAN happen.
And no, the homeless has never offered me money.

no but that would be good if more homeless people asked then instead of asking for money every day not say that I have a problem with it .

No. I imagine they don't have any money, would try to give away their shopping cart full of cans and bottles. Come to think, many states like mine have a deposit on them. So, no.
