hospital birth certificate? You need certified copy of your birth certificate issued by the city, county or state. This does not sound like includes hospital birth Certificate. US Customs specifically lists hospital birth certificate as a no-no returning to the US for adults. It doesn't say about children but it's sounding questionable.
