your hymen can only be broken if and only if you have sex with a man and he has a penis and it has penetrated your vagina in such a way that you are having sexual intercourse.

A hymen can be torn in many ways. My sister tore hers when she fell on the high-beams in gym class.
Having someone play with your genitals isn't enough to tear the hymen. Also, definitions of virginity vary, but I think most people would agree that you would have to have full sexual intercourse to no longer be deemed a virgin.

If the hymen has torn then you would see a little bit of blood. Yeah shes still virgin.
