they are using me and hetting me with stuff!! cursing me out and treating me bad!! and if I tell someone they will get in trouble then I will probally get treat worst and getting beat up worster!!

Why are they doing it? I'm sorry you are in this situation but you have to enlist the help of some trusted adults to help you figure this out. Its hard from here because we don't know the kids or the situation. Nobody has any right to lay a hand on another person and you have to tell to put a stop to that immediately, they need to be punished. Mostly though people only do things as long as they get a payoff for it...you would't keep going to work if you didn't get paid....so they are getting something out of it, even if it is something really wharped. Generally, and yes i know how hard this is, not reacting to the situation or letting it bother you will put a stop to a lot of it. Whatever they say it doesn't change who you are and so doesn't have any real meaning. Please get some help from your parents or a teacher that you really like. You have to tell, your school life is already miserable and if you hide it you are just helping them to continue doing it not to mention they will do it to other people too! There is no other way to make it stop, they will continue doing it as long as they continue getting away with it. These brats need their butt kicked so you have to allow the people with the power to do that do it.

Don't be afraid of anyone. Not even the teachers. If they hit you that's assault and they could go to juvi for that. The only solution is to agressively react to every little thing they do. I was very stupid in 4th grade and let everyone pick on me. Learn how to fight it's always nice to be able to defend yourself. Ignoring them won't help. Think of really good comebacks also.

ummm how old are you? have you told your parents? it doesnt matter if you think you are being a tattletale and are going to get treated worse. get a restraining order on them... but the only way you can do it is to talk to a counselor or teacher and tell them you are being harassed then tell your parents that what you want to do. it will help i promise.

There are three things you can do.
1st - Transfer to another school.
2nd - Yell. And survive the worst.
3rd - Get yourself enrolled in a self-defense class. The next time they bully you, give them a sample of your revenge.

well sweetie let me tell you in school there will always be people that are mean to other people and if you let them be mean to you then they always will, you need to stand your ground and that means that you need to go to someone and let them know whats going on, because it can only get worse and worse, and make sure you always rember there is nothing wrong with you because they pickk on you, it just means that there insecure and don't know how too handle themselves, so they feel by picking on someone else it will make them feel better but it won't and one day they will realize that, but in the mean time you need to stand your ground and tell someone.

have you considered moving schools? they probably see you as Target! you probably carry your self with a lack of self confidence i bet you are shy and don't talk too much! you need to re evaluate your self do you really want to let these people get to you? they not only want to hurt you physically but emotionally and... they are doing it! you need to develop a ... " i don't give a dam attitude" trust me you will not be their toy any more!

report them to your teacher and the principal and you parents. They will keep doing if they know that you will not tell.You know they could get in to serious trouble with the police if they do not stop.
