Same thing here. Only I do carry, but I'm just too lazy to reapply. :) I use Maybelline. Works for me.

Try switching brands of makeup. Look for one that says it lasts all day. Revlons Colorstay works (I know from experience that at least the eyeliner does)
Might also want to try switching to a cream foundation rather than a liquid followed by a powder, it might help

The first thing that comes to mind is, what type of moisturizer are you using. Are you using one that is appropriate for your skin type? After applying moisturizer, make sure to let it dry before you apply your foundation. That might be the problem.

Be sure to use an eye primer to help keep your eyeliner on all day.

As for foundation, Mary Kay has a great foundation that stays put all day. It provides stay true, stay put color and controls excess oil for up to eight hours.

does your eyeliner come off or your face powder or both? b/c i have the same trouble with eyeliner staying on b/c it always seems to come off. but what i do is when i put on eye liner is i put on alot and then in a couple hours some comes off and then looks good. if you don't want to do that then try a liquid eyeliner.

I use dermablend. Its such great makeup. Worth it, beleive me... you will love it. It last as long as 14 hours, and im telling you it doesnt NOT come off. IF you decide to go with it.. get the setting powder to go with it... sets it in for a dry, oil free , natural look. Youll never have to carry make up with you. Good luck.

If you're still in school, you can get away with NOT wearing foundation. Over time it makes your skin icky, so if you're young and you can get away with not wearing it, don't wear it. Try using loose powder instead of compact powder. You can also try lightly misting your face with water. I've read in magazines that this helps set a look.

You need a primer like the one cover girl sells with their foundation(the one with two things in one bottle). I know a lot of companies have one. It is silicone based and goes on like a lotion but dries matte. Then what ever you put on top stays in place, even through the heat.

Using a makeup primer will help. Also, be aware of how often you touch your face throughout the day. Constantly touching your face, wiping, itching, etc, will remove your makeup.

if you use eye shadow you can put some foundation on your eyelids and then the eyeshadow and it will stay as long as the foundation stays, 8hr 16hr what ever. I recommend the Revlon color stay it works the best
