Where else should it be? Science? That's really funny! Everyone knows that astrology is just for fun!

Probably because it was called "Horoscopes" rather than Astrology. Horoscopes based on Sun signs are entertainment and for fun because they aren't accurate.
Astrology, however, is accurate when it is based upon your date, place and time of birth. It's considered an intuitive art that uses mathematical and scientific techniques.
If it had been called Astrology, it should have been categorized under the Arts section and not the Entertainment section.
