I just tried helping someone out and they freaked out on me !

My brother and sister in law have been sick , so I made them all supper ( I have been working on this of and on the whole day ) I took it over to their house and my sister in law freaked out and started being mean to me. Anyways , I am just trying to figure out why she got mad at me. I thought I was being nice !

A lot of people think they can do everything them self and they get insulted when someone try's to help.

Take it as a hint and quit trying to help them. Sometimes people only want someone to listen, they don't actually want you to try to help.
The easiest thing to do is to assume someone only wants you to listen to their problems, unless they specifically ask for your help. Even then, before you DO anything, you need to make sure they agree with what you're going to do.
Somtimes the best intentions end up just causing more problems.

sometimes they just don`t know you are trying to help them,and other times they just want to be left alone for a while or they just don`t want your help

some people think that they are being treated as a charity case.
