What is wrong with my tonsils?

One of my tonsils is really swollen, it looks really lumpy almost like blisters but they are not white like blisters. It is a little sore from sinus drainage but nothing major. I was tested for strep but it was negative? What else could it be?

it could be viral or something like tonsillitis give. Rinse with warm water and salt for the next few days. If it still hasn't gone away then go back to the doctor it could be something like mono or a different strand of strep.

It could be food in them just pick it out thats what the doc told me lol
