just connected to cable, installed windows xp, downloaded yahoo and YIM, worked for a while but now I can not log back on... dont know much about computers....Please Help

I am sooooo glad i logged into answers here cause i have uninstalled and again reinstalled yahoo thinking it was my pc.

Messenger is currently down - it has nothing to do with your installation settings.
