If you ruled the world,what would you do?

I would outlaw war, and make everyone responsible for cleaning up the earth.

Every murderer would go to a special prison located in a bubble at the bottom of the ocean. No guards necessary because, well, if they escaped, they would drown.

Everyone over 21 and under 62 would pay 5% income tax - including the billionaires.

I'd turn Vietnam into a tourist attraction with beautiful hotels on the beaches.

All cars would be electric.

College educations would be free.

Dental work would be paid for by our taxes! No more ugly teeth in the world.

Drug peddlers will go to another special prison in a bubble in the Antarctic circle.

Gang members - free one-way tickets to their own special bubble.

This is fun, I could go on and on - but I'll let the rest of you think up the good things.

Reduce the world population, especially where the people cannot afford to have children. If there really are sins, than the biggest sin would be having children you could not afford. I don't mean the slip up, it happens but the guy giving his wife 3/5/7/13 kids on a 1/4 acrea a year income or living in an environment where one would be plenty would be fixed.
I would remove all religion from schools world wide and punish people who teach their religion to futher their own goals of destruction and death.

make all the currency equal, i woudl feed the hungry, and help the poor, help the people who wanted to get off drugs and stop drinking, help the forests grow back, give everybody jobs that wanted one, and the people that dont want to work for what they need, well, il send them to japan, il make life better for those who are willing to help make life better for themselves and others, and all the ignorant lazy people that think they deserve somethign because 100 years ago there great great grandfather was a slave, they can go to japan to, i woudl figure out a way to help those in prison, and i woudl give the indians back some land, and not a pile of sand that they cant do anythgin with, i woudl give them land they coudl actually live on, becaus ethere lifestyle was much better and mroe apreciative than ours today

i would try to make there be no more poverty.. and try to make it equal amongst all.. no racial profiling and i would try to come up with this system i which everyone pays a certain amount of money a day and if its your birthday on that day, you would recieve a share of what everyone put money in for.. make sense.. or is that just confusing..
