Well if you could perhaps get a little more specific I may be able to help.... Why are you asking this vague of a question? This I have no answer for, however If you want to know why I am answering this to begin with...well.... I have nothing better to do at this point, now if you would like to know why tea comes in multiple flavors I should say you need to ask someone else! Now please be a little more specific next time, so that maybe you can get a answer worth reading.

you seem to be disappointed or angry?
not everything goes your way.
sometimes it just happens that your priorities are not others.
sometimes what you think makes sense does not make sense to others.
sometimes, people just don't care
learn to live with it.
shouting, breaking into pieces and pulling your hair are the signs of loosers. And it simply makes things worse.

Smile and say, well I understand that.
But do not alter your eternal quest of justice and fair play.
keep walking!

I would guess, however, that the blame lies firmly at the door of the parents.
