and I cannot find a place that sells anti glare screen so I can work outside... I live in Southern Las Vegas nv

try getting an anti-glare screen for a regular 14 or 15" monitor...but honestly, good luck. most LCD's require BACK lighting, and just aren't readable in sunlight....but hey, it's worth a try.
Try a polarized or "privacy" filter. That may actually be your best bet.

if you cant find one you can use a peace of window tint film it will do the same readily available at your local walmart , autoparts, or hardware for under $5
