He's not hurt, He's not sanctioned.
He got a personal problem, and took some time off from his professional life to go to Pittsburgh PA. and fix it.
He'll be back in ECW in August.

i believe that he was suspended for 30 days right after rvd was. cant find a source to it but i remember seeing that on ecw

Angke went to ECW and then was hurt. It looks like he will be back at Summerslam.

The storyline reason is that he's suspended for reasons unknown.
the real reason is that they are allowing him to heal from injuries and deal with personal issues.
He's suppost to come back about the same time as RVD.
