Not enough people on earth to do it spread out like we are. Now if they were all in one spot maybe so. Take 6 billion people and avg weight of 120 pounds each being only Americans are fat and over weight and most others are under weight or about right. You have about 720 billion pounds. If the whole world was made of water and most of it is you figure 8 pounds per gallon. There is an estmated 100 billion billion gallons of water on the planet. So So that is 8 times 100 billion billion. So some where around 80,000 billion billion pounds. Then all the dirt and rock. For a grand total of 6,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 kilograms about double for in pounds, or about 326 billion kilograms of people.
The only way the jump could make an effect would be for everyone to be standing in one spot or take them all in to outer space and smash them into the earth at a high rate of speed.
Lets not do it ok..

A couple of billions tomes 100 kg is nothing compared to the mass of the earth, being 6 quadrillion kg.
6 quadrillion = 6 with 24 zeroes behind it.
Nothing can be observed.

Even if we could shake it or move it on it's axis, we would not perceive the movement since we would be moving with it.

I think if we get all the big people together and they jumped all at the same time, we wouldn't need that many people.
