I watch the news every day to see what is happening in the world, like the fighting over seas. With so much hate out there why do you add more? Wouldn't more love be better? Or at least try to understand people different from you. I'm going to have to go with pineforestkim on this one. Peace.

Well that just goes to show they are ignorant and it's their ignorance that and possibly fear (or the fact they were raised without understanding and compansion) for all mankind regardless of their sexuality. Why should we hate anyone for being different for being brave to be who they truely are , for being able to stand up for who they are etc etc. I think people with narrow minds limit themselves to spiritual growth and could really do themselves a favour by accepting all others for their differences, the world is a marvelous place with all the kinds of folks in it especially the gay community. The gay communities in this world are more than likely the most accepting of all. They are the ones brave enough to stand in their truth regardless of the flack they are given about who and what they are. It's the narrow minds that only look at the sex act (not the spirutal side) of being willing and able to accept yourself for who you truely are and for being comfortable enough to love whom ever you wish to regardless of what sex they are . What is it they actaully hate (as you say it) or do they fear gay peoples strenght , ability to be true to themselves, or that they are slighty differnt in thinking, ask yourself what is it that they fear? becasue that is usually the cause of hatred and dislike and contempt. We were all created equal, we were all created to love. who says man and woman go to together etc etc you cannot help who and what you are attracted to and being able to live honestly and true to yourself without fear is more couragous than anything. Politicians are not always good judges of character and possibly do not always know what is best for their countries.
