As you might well have been informed by now, some Yahoo! services are down. This seems to effect all systems that are not used through a browser - ie Yahoo! Messenger.
Typical symptoms include incorrect password, despite it being typed in correct. This is probably because the server(s) hosting Yahoo! Messenger are being updated to incorporate MSN Messenger compatibility, which requires checking Microsoft servers for MSN contacts. This may make the problem worldwide.
Best thing to do is to wait and check back tomorrow, and not to rely on Yahoo! Messenger as a main form of communication.
Completely of topic, the same goes for relying on mobile phones (cellphones) on boats or in planes. They are not reliable due to signal, so best stick to ship to shore radios or VHF radios...

Yahoo messenger is done, everyone who uses it is having problems, like you are. It is not known when the issue will be resolved. These things can take a couple of minutes, to several hours, to be fixed. In the mean time, try using one of the other messenger services.

You can't receive messenger because your setting's are for bt.
Change your setting's,Internet setting's you can do this by going,
into my computer and go to computer setting's
Then you will have different setting's,you need to go to internet,
setting's....Hope that might help if not e-mail me..

i think you have to un install the mesenger and get the messenger that has voice, which is for broadbands
