I haven't been able to sign in using the yim client however i did notice that when i sign in to the homepage i can hover on the "messenger" box and it shows my contacts who are online. however if i click on "launch messenger" i still am unable to signon.
I also noticed that messenger.yahoo.com is timing out.
seems the servers are down or at least having issues.

I do believe that the Yahoo!Answers Yamsters finally escaped out of their cages and is causing havoc within Yahoo.

Yes, me and my girlfriend have not been able to get on it today, we had to talk on AIM! This the second time in a week I have trouble logging on.
