Have you ever thought how difficult it might be for her being pregnant? She could be scared, or anxious about the whole situation. That may be a reason to why she hasn't called or talked to you. She could be experiencing morning sickness too!! It's really hard to act the way you usually do when you're pregnant. Hello.......MOOD SWINGS!! It isn't that she doesn't love you, it's just that she doesn't know how and what is going on inside her body.
Try be more understanding about the whole situation.....get used to being ignored....it comes along with the territory.

She is probably completely freaked out that she is going to be a parent and an unwed one at that. It costs a fortune to raise a child, not to mention the responsibility required for the rest of her life.

Her hormones are doing weird things. She can't help it. You will need to be extra patient and attentive. What she's doing is pretty normal.
