I thought it was the other way around....Man, is that ever funny. All this time it was really ME who was thinking only about what i want. And a pig at that! There needs to be some serious changes around here darn it. Will any of you nice ladies help me become less self centered and pig-like? I need help.

not always, but everyone is slightly self centered, i love giving my gf presents i know will make her happy, and also to show her that i am willing to not only spend money on her but my time and energy. because i dont like to just buy expinsive things, i prefer to make things for her, photographs i take and frame myself (i work for a professional artistic photographer) or build her something not only beautiful but use full too (a rocking chair, a very nice jewlry box, and other smaller stuff). i think of her more than myself, cuz i know if i take care of her, she will take care of me

Not all of us men, are that way. Some women are selfish, by the way. When you say, we only think about what we want, are you refering to any specific want? Afterall, we have many wants, to think about.

No they are not. I for one put a woman's concerns and pleasure first. Doing that I benefit from their gratitude. It works well.
