Two necklaces...tops
Two rings on each hand...tops
One watch
A couple of bracelets if they are thin.. one if it is chunky
Just rotate your jewellery day to day... one day wear some pieces, the next day wear others... that way none of them feel left out/...lol

I would say one or two rings depending on if the jewels are large or not, or if it even has any. Depending on what your wearing and the occasion determinds the amount jewerly. If you are wearing a simple dress to a party than a pair of earning and necklace is fine, but if its a dress with sequins, beads, etc. and lots of color than maybe limit yourself to a small pair of earning or nothing at all. For everyday I would say a ring, a pair of earning and a necklace is fine. As far as bracelets a set of three matching at the most on one hand. If its a single bracelet than only wear one at a time, wearing them on both hands takes away from the rings and it looks like handcuffs.

i imagine I surely have an similar situation notwithstanding it would not sound almost as undesirable as yours O_O i lately stopped wearing makeup or being concerned how i look, because yea, I were given a tremendous kind of undesirable male interest so i determined that I might want to easily turn down how i look. nicely yea, it did not artwork xD i visit claim this, although, i have under no circumstances felt like someone changed into undressing me with their eyes or some thing, that is somewhat uneasy. If someone is observing you want THAT, first time you're making eye contact stare at them somewhat, no longer smiling or some thing, only enable them comprehend that you stuck them searching, and in the adventure that they don't care, possibly you may want to confront them about it. no longer some thing recommend, only tell them "hi I noted you observing me and that i really do not savour it. I only discover it somewhat rude". now and again adult adult males stare because they don't comprehend it isn't any longer ok. I recommend, they do no longer have a replicate in the front of them in any respect situations so possibly they don't even understand they're staring creepily or whatnot. in the adventure that they ask for forgiveness possibly they only did not comprehend it and zoned out wondering about some thing, in the adventure that they don't ask for forgiveness or make a jeer at you, whateevr, f*ck em, they're some prick besides xD yet I recommend if it truly bothers you that a lot and takes position that typically you ought to continuously make investments in those outfits yet you'll likely get a lot extra stares that way reckoning on the position you stay and the way many individuals placed on them.

I limit to 1 per hand (with the exception of my wedding band and engagement ring, which are both worn on my ring finger).
I would limit to 1 necklace (unless you are layering trendy jewelry), 1 bracelet, and 1 pair of earrings, in addition to the rings.

whenever u go out of the house make sure to take off at least one of your accesories because there is such a thing at too many accesories!
even if u think u don't have many on still do it anyway just to make sure
for me i don't like to wear alot of rings..one is fine for me....for necklaces make sure it matches yer top and where a couple...for braclets i usually don't wear but if i do a couple would be fine for me....not one on each arm tho...keep the braclets on one armfirst ..and then some earings! but make sure u don't hav to many peircings!
and then when your done or if u decide to do something different...make sure to take off at least one accesory before u leave the house
hope this helps some!

i generally stick to the rule of two pieces of jewlery on my hands/wrists. meaning two rings or only one and a bracelet or something like that. you can probably get away with something on each wrist and a ring on each hand if you wanted to, but that's up to you. you can wear a necklace and earrings no matter what else you've got on.
