Rinse your mouth with peroxide several times a day. DO NOT swallow it!

Get a bottle of hydrogen peroxide and hold a small amount like a capful in you mouth covering your teeth. DO NOT SWALLOW. 1-2 minutes will do. Rinse and brush with toothpaste with whitener. 3-4 times a week on the rinse is enough but brush everyday at least 3 times. This will work fastest but 1 time a week with the rinse to maintain is ok. This is not a dentists recommendation, I just do this myself and have for years. I always get complements. I don't like the way the ultra bright laser teeth look, too fake.

I would think that salt would be to harsh for the enamel, if you destroy the enamel they will always get stained and become very sensitive.

Gently try a little baking soda.

Some teeth are naturally yellow and cannot be whitened. The Queen mother always had yellow teeth, i think that with her money if it was possible she would have had them white.

If you can't afford the crest whitestrips (which I highly recommend) try using peroxide mixed with a little baking soda. It tastes a little gritty but it's the same ingredients in most whitening toothpastes.

Good Luck! :)

those crest whitestrips aren't that expensive. About 30 dollars I think, and they really work

the "cheaper" the product...the "cheaper" the result, so don't try to save money on this one because they won't work as well.

Stay away from coffee and dark sodas and stuff to help keep them white.
