because you are very active most of your weight is muscel i assume. so dont focus on how much you weigh--- just focus on parts of your body you think you could fix. Like for exaple-- my butt isnt the best but if i were to excersice and focus on that part i could fix that within a few weeks. So dont focus on your weight
good luck!!

Your BMI is:

Your BMI is 24.3, indicating your weight is within the normal range for adults of your height. Maintaining a healthy weight may reduce the risk of chronic diseases associated with overweight and obesity.
http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/

BMI is good to detect obesity/starvation and the diseases that affect underweight and overweight people, but it's useless if you have a very muscular body since muscle isn't fat but it weighs a lot.

Your weight is fine at this moment. Take that other persons suggestion and exercise parts of your body you feel like need more work. I do exercise all of the time (I swear I must of walked a 10 K this week from all the walking I've done!!!) and I have a hard time gaining weight either.

You can always consult a nutritionist for a special diet that fits your needs. They would probably reccomend you to eat more carbs like pasta and bread, but not the artificial sugary stuff!!!

A chest expansion of 8cm, a waist 20%less than the hip, W/H2 < 24BMI, wd keep u fit for lifelong. Proteins [ more veg and less flesh,] fats olive/fish, to balance wt fluctuations to heavy muscle work.// how much muscle? all all muscle, a thin cover of flab.// now what do ur girls say?

if u r 5'7 try to stay from 130-150 lbs. that means you can be strong and on the right weight for your height.
