I guess it depends on the situation.
Have them arrested - being on their property without their permission, being a "peeping tom", harassment, etc. The types of crimes are endless.
Celebrities are people too and deserve their privacy like everyone else. Just because they are celebrities doesn't make them fair game. That "public wants to know" crap is bogus.
I read the other day that there's photos of Princess Diana from the crash that are coming out. I do NOT want to see that.
Furthermore, the store that's going to sell that crap won't be getting my business.

Unfortunately, when you decide to become a celebrity, you essentially give up a private life. Your life belongs to your fans. If people didn't pay big bucks for books and magazines with pics of celebrities, then the paparazzi would not try so hard to get those pictures. If you are a celebrity, and you don't want the paparazzi around, then the best thing you can do is quit being a celebrity. That's just the way it is.

Nothing-if it weren't for the paparazzi these so called "celebrities" wouldn't get as much recognition or be where they are today. The paparazzi gave them another audience that helps make 'em even more famous-even for bad publicity...(Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Jessica Simpson) you get the fcuking picture. If there is anythnig that the celebs should be allowed to do to the paperazzi, it would be bowing down to them and thanking them, b/c without them-they'd be nothing (in some cases).

Smash their camera's, call the police & have them arrested
on the spot. It's gotten so obnoxis, that I actually feel for
these millionaires.
And the overexposure of these celebrities, is making
them less interesting. I mean, how many times do they think
we want to hear the same story over & over again.

I think they should be able to go and follow them around and take pics of them when they are in the shower, and driving, sleeping, having bad hair days...
