Ok im going to swallow my pride here and admit i dress like crap lol ( see pics)... Nothing seems to fit me well because im lanky ( long arms/tall/thin) im 24 6'0 157 lbs. First thing that needs to change is my hair...im in a hospital so i need to keep it short, but what style?... I have the same style of jeans for 5 months i dont own another pair ( and a few shorts, but i dont like shorts that much) and like 4 or 5 shirts. Like i said im so long that nothing fits me well at all ( all looks like it just hangs off me) PLEASEEEEE help. THANK YOU.

OK...first off, slaves to fashion get on my nerves and adhering to one "look" is silly. What you are wearing looks fine, but, since you want to change.....
find a jean that suits your body type and then buy them in ever colour made
Gap oxford shirts look good on EVERY man and they can be dressed up or down, depending on your mood (and they make them in a zillion colours)
Cut the hair a little shorter and go for the spiky look on weekends and natural for work days..if its not too crazy, bleach the ends.
Also, designer clothes are made for bodies like yours, check out Versace, Guess and Armani etc.... if those are in your price range

You are so thin, so the first thing; eat more.
Second; your hair although maintain short back, can be long in forehead.
And third your clothes, and your look is Ok..what the problem?
But if you want to change don't be afraid and follow your heart by try diferent styles...Life is so short.
