Does anyone know how the Booster PAK for the Tandy Model 100 works?

I have a new Booster PAK for the Tandy model 102 and I can't get it started and have no documents.

wow, I sold my last tandy model 100 in 1992.. bought my first one in 1983, the year they came out..

you have to add an additional hamster to the power supply.
