Yeah, I sadly think so. I am a HUGE Rocky fan, except for 5. I didn't want to see him regress. And, 6 won't be able to recover from that. But, Sly is probably just bored at home. He needs to try and focus on smarter characters because, contrary to what most people think, he's very intelligent.

I saw the movie Airplane II. It takes place in the future and in the airport there's an advertisement on the wall for Rocky 83 (or something like that) and it's a picture of an old duffer with boxing gloves on. It looks like their prediction is coming true!! Hollywood really needs to let sleeping dogs lie.

They should have stopped after number 2. None of the ones since then have been worth watching anyway. Number 5 was a total bomb. He only made it so his son could be in a movie. At least that is what I figured. He's so old now he couldn't be a contender if he had to.
