checked under the hood, in the trunk, and under the dash without any luck. I am a auto body tech so i have some mechanical abilities. Asked the question earlier and got only vague responses. It isn't near the fuse box, behind either headlight , or on the firewall. I would appreciate any help.

the fuel pump relay should be in a fuse block in the engine compartment.... thats the only plcae ford has put them in over 20 years

Sorry, I couldn't find any thing on a 1995 Taurus, but I did find this about a 2000.

The fuel pump is located, inside the fuel tank. You need to drain your tank, then remove it. The fuel pump, is attached to the top of the tank.

There's a removable plastic cover just behind the top of the radiator which might cover the top of the radiator itself, I don't remember. But under that plastic cover there's a relay module that probably includes the fuel pump relay and other relays.

Bingo ! bobweb. yup, relay module slightly to the left of cooling fan mounted to radiator support, under plastic cover that has emission , eng specs., etc on it.
