Information about Cars??

Question

I know some people who are very into cars, but if they try to talk to me, I have no clue what they are talking about!? Can anyone five me information on different types of cars or "train" me in cars?? I know it sounds weird, but I would appreciate it :] Helpful websites also appreciated!
