when you buy a psp game or movie. are the white umd holders included?

i think you mean the white thing that is on it.

if thats what u mean, then yes.

but external-external casses arenot included.

so to your questions, i think the answer is yes

no, just the disk and the white casing it comes in. All Media holders are sold seperatly
