A word from my doctor was that it could possibly be due to stress. If you have been under alot of stress lately, it can cause irregular periods. Please see a doctor for any other possible reasons.

Go see a doctor. There is a chance you may be pregnant. If you are not pregnant, then your birth control may need to be adjusted. Or there may be something else entirely. In any case, go see a doctor.

Use the condoms consistently. The pull-out method has a 95% failure rate.

It's important enough for me to repeat:
Go see a doctor!!

First of all the "pull out" method, IS NOT AN EFFECTIVE FORM OF BIRTH CONTROL!!!. If you have been on birth control for years it is very possible that your body is adapting to it. You should let your gyno know that you have been having less and less of a period. Also when you have been on hormone therapy aka: birth control; fir extended amounts of time, you can actually stop having periods all together. So go see your gyno, I know its unpleasant but, they are there to help.

Hormones are basically in charge of your period. The pill changes the level of hormones in your body. The changes could be from the pill. As long as you cycle every 28 days and it lasts at least 1 day..you should be fine.

do not use the pull out method. A man ejaculates a few drops of semen before he acutally has the big spasms of orgasm and that is enough to get you pregnant.

Did you try asking a doctor?I think asking the doctor is the only way to sort out your problem. The doctor will help you and don't be shy in asking the doctor.(if you are shy)
