Yes I know of one, its called black indian salve, you can get it thru herb suppliers, it not only kills athletes foot but also warts, fungus, rashes, most skin ailments, just becareful and put a small amount on at a time this stuff gets real hot after its rubbed in, it will burn if you put to much so put it on thin I can't caution you enough, but it will take anything off. Its a old indian or native american remedy.

Natural? No.
Rub tea tree oil on your feet.
At the end of your shower, wash off your feet with a dandruff shampoo (e.g. Head & Shoulders Classic).
Keep your feet dry.
Change socks twice a day.
Go barefoot whenever possible (I shuck off my shoes and socks as soon as I sit down at my desk).

Yogurt. The acidophilous (spelling approximate) in plain unsweetened yogurt eats the candida fungus (yeast) that causes athlete's foot. You can use it externally. Eating yogurt regularly may prevent recurrence. It is also good for jock itch, ringworm, thrush, and a bunch of other stuff.
Check out the yeast link on www.hufa.org.

I've heard that black tea is a natural cure. Brew some tea, then soak your feet in it. It's a natural astringent that will inhibit the growth of the fungus.

Tea tree oil-use a little twice a day. It takes a while, just like other topicals natural or not.

Use pure tea tree essential oil and then cornstarch powder in your shoes and on your feet. Also, spray your shower stall with an antiseptic solution daily.

Wash between your toes thoroughly with plenty of soap and warm water. Rinse and wash again. Dry your feet and pull a small dry towel between your toes carefully making sure the skin between your toes is dry. Wear white cotton socks - may not look good, but it's healthy and you won't suffer the pain of fungus eating the skin between your toes.

One of my classmate did a presentation on that. He said that pee will kill the germs that is causing the athletic foot. Just pee on your feet during shower. I have never verify that information, so it's up to you if you wanna try.
